  • Seared Skirt Steak -- marinated in lime, cilantro , and olive oil - sliced thin - served with saffron rice or cilantro rice.
  • Pan Roasted Lobster  -- served on a bed of shrimp risotto, topped with flash-fried spinach leaves.
  • Paella -- Chicken & anduille, or seafood (for reasons we don't understand you never mix the two)  An amazing dish prepared over an open fire.  Perfect for an outdoor event.
  • Cubed Filet Mignon -- marinated in garlic, ginger and soy, seared, served with sides of sauteed wild mushroom and "spicy" asparagus.
  • Gourmet Tacos -- you've never had tacos like these:  slow roasted brisket or pork, blackened shrimp, flash friend oyster, cilantro chicken.   Served with amazing sauces (try our roasted red pepper and garlic sauce!)
  • "Personal Stew" - Stews are great, but hard to serve, so we make each stew in it's own bowl, which is topped with a crust of potatoes that are sliced paper thin and baked crispy and golden brown.  Served with bread,  of course.
  • Turkey Risotto -- made with a rich turkey stock, with sliced pan-roasted turkey breast, dressing, and a touch of gravy.
