Steak Fajitas
Fun and full of flavor -- thinly
sliced steak with bell peppers and onions-- seasoned and pan seared hot and
fast. Comes with tortillas and black bean soup - a complete meal!

Falling-off-the-bone-tender baby back
ribs, potato salad, and slaw, and barbeque sauce on the side. This one is
a complete meal! (Great game day or tail gate party dish - heat them on

Gazpacho
The veggies are still fresh enough
for this classic Spanish summer dish chilled tomato-based soup with finely
diced cucumbers, carrots, onions, & green beans.

Smothered Pork Chops
Browned first, then slow cooked until
they are fork tender -- these chops are smothered in our applewood smoked bacon
gravy. Comes with smashed potatoes!

Grilled Shrimp and Cilantro Rice
These shrimp take a bath in our
special tequila marinade before their date with the grill. Served on a
bed of cilantro rich and topped with grilled jalapenos.

sauce, with sun dried tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, asparagus, shitake
